RMA Request
To return a DK-Technologies product to us for repair or calibration/modification, you must submit a RMA request form.

Special Notes for Repairs (RMA)
  • 1. All quotations & repairs are subject to our standard trading terms and conditions.
  • 2. All quoted prices do not include VAT or any local taxes.
  • 3. Payment terms: Prepayment unless agreed otherwise.
  • 4. In all cases BEFORE items are returned, a RMA number must be obtained via direct request or completion of the RMA form and procedure available on line. Failure to obtain this reference will incur delays to the repair and additional charges to cover the time taken to identify the item.
  • 5. All repairs will be undertaken automatically unless a request for quotation is made in advance.
  • 6. In the event a request for quotation is made, a minimum charge of one (1) service hour at prevailing rates will be invoiced to cover the cost of handling and inspection. This fee is payable if the customer decides not to proceed but is included in repair price if the customer accepts the quotation and instructs the repair to be carried out.
  • 7. It is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the items under the RMA to DK-Technologies A/S in Herlev, Denmark. All shipments sent with charges to DK-Technologies A/S will be refused or those costs will be added to the final invoice in accordance with the terms below.
  • 8. All prices are ex-works DK-Technologies A/S, Herlev, Denmark except for warranty repairs when the return carriage will be paid by DK-Technologies A/S. A quote can be obtained for return carriage costs if required otherwise that cost will be added to the final invoice.
  • 9. All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
  • 10. Completion & shipment of the repair will be confirmed at the time the repair is agreed & confirmed.
  • 11. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the repaired equipment on return and report any problems within 14 days of shipping. No complaints will be considered after this time except in the case of repair failure which will be handled as part of the repair warranty.
  • 12. All charges associated with electronic invoicing, bank transfers and certificates will be to the customer’s account.
  • i. DK-Technologies A/S reserves the right to charge €30 per shipment if customer’s carrier is used for the return shipment.
  • ii. DK-Technologies A/S reserves the right to charge €30 per invoice to cover bank transfer costs deducted before arrival in DK-Technologies A/S nominated bank account.
  • iii. Any payments made with charges forward, such charges will be added to the customer account together with a handling fee of 15%.
  • iv. Any payments made using unspecified currency or sent to incorrect account (£/€/$) will have all costs associated with correction, including but not limited to exchange rate and banking commissions incurred, added to the customer account together with a handling fee of 15%.
